Knitted textiles with outstanding
moisture management

Intro flash Flash textiles are highly-elastic, knitted fabrics from the Eschler Knitted textiles e1 Absorption group. They were specially developed for the specific requirements and ensure an optimum body climate and pleasant clothing comfort. They display ideal moisture management and very good drying properties.

Flash textiles make good sense for all sports in which next-to-skin clothing must provide rapid moisture transport and good cooling properties, such as triathlon, biking, running, cross-country, indoor sports.

The special fabric structure is achieved with a combination of three different yarn components. On the inside of the fabric a special polyester function fibre ensures rapid moisture transport to the outside. On the polyamide outer side, perspiration is distributed over a large area with the evaporation chill supporting the body with a cooling effect. At the same time, the outer side is abrasion resistant and durable. Elasthanes are responsible for the permanent shape retention. Possible material components are polyester, polyamide and elasthanes.

gamex intro Gamex textiles are supple yet compact warp-knitted textiles from the Eschler Knitted textiles e3 Protection group. Their functionality results from the special combination of a mechanical compaction method with chemical finishing.
gamex Block 1
They offer optimal breathability and outstanding wind and weather protection and are ideal for jackets with low packing volume, as light wind and water protection while biking or running, or pursuing other outdoor sports.
Light warp knit fabrics created with extra fine yarns are compacted in a special procedure using chemical and mechanical processes to form knitted textiles with unusually good wind cheating properties. High breathability, lightness and elasticity are retained in the process. In additions, the fabrics are given a water and dirt repelling finish.

Applications on elastic fabrics bring even greater freedom of movement and comfort to everyday life.
pyroshell Block 1 pyroshell™ from schoeller®-works revolutionises the entire area of flame protection. With this technology, Schoeller succeeds in combining permanent flame protection with polyamide and polyester fabrics. Therefore, safety personnel, railway workers, police officers and electricians, for example, are not only ideally protected in the case of possible contact with fire and sparks, but can also enjoy the familiar wearing-comfort of wear of synthetic functional fabrics.
pyroshell Block 2

Breathability, wind and weather protection, tear-out force, abrasion resistance, lightness, elasticity or ease of care are just some of the positive properties that will make work infinitely more comfortable in the future; for example for staff in public authorities, and will have a positive impact on their performance capacity.

The three-layer protective fabric which no longer needs to be lined, are available as ,comfortable 2-way and 4-way stretch versions or as a non-elastic. The highest visibility and safety are ensured by high-visibility colours. Of course all other customer-specific colours can also be supplied.

reflex intro

The introduction of a special reflective thread combined with a complex weave provides extensive protection in poor visibility conditions. When light shines onto this fabric millions of tiny glass beads reflect the light back (retro reflection).

schoeller®-reflex can be applied to a wide range of different Schoeller fabrics as an optional extra. The technology offers visibility at more than 300 feet in the dark or at twilight. Further functions can be combined with various additional finishes, special yarns or color effects, optimizing the fabric for the specific area of use, such as the EN ISO 20471 high-visibility color yellow, flame retarding, waterproofing or an antibacterial finish.
With schoeller®-reflex, elastic and non-elastic, coated and bonded reflective fabric versions are possible. Special airy net structures can also be implemented. Possible fabric components are Cordura®, 3M-Scotchlite™, polyamide or polyester.
